| 24 Dec 2000 | Kelly Diane Gorman | These line pictures are very cool, although not color, they still rock. I must say that I like this the best of the line pictures. I like the dog thing, it reminds me of some of your really old stuff (All Dogs Go To Heaven fan work perhaps?) Sorry, I had to bring it up. ^_^ | |
| 24 Dec 2000 | Cathy j. murck | i love line work. this comp. is marvelous.....i really like that with all the line work, it IS a rather calm pic. very nice... | |
| 31 Dec 2000 | Kiddy (jason) | Very Nice "Liney Lines" even. Chiristmas Music inspired? Very Cool... It actually reminds me of Some Art work from some Dr. Suess Story Books *sompin about that tail*. Except it's way more complex.
(I'm probably thinking along the x-mas--> Grinch who stole... --> Dr. Suess thought line. NOT suposed to be an insult! Besides Dr. Suess is awesome. ~waves~ | |
| 10 Apr 2001 | Paula | I think you mean; Aten help us; stars remind me of the ones in Van Gogh's "Starry Night" pictures - steller... | |
| 12 Apr 2001 | Sandy | Oi oi! Thanks Paula, you got it! I was actually kind of vaguely thinking of that picture when I drew this -I love how Van Gogh made the sky (usually all flat and boring)look so full of motion, though this is more wavy than turbulent. And like Kelly said, I was also thinking a bit of All Dogs Go To Heaven for the foreground creature. What a combination! But I'll be sure to mention the glory of the Aten in my next description, really I will! Heh heh... ^_^ | |
| 4 Jun 2002 | Lisa Coleman | I've gotta agree about being reminded of Dr. Seuss. Also, this picture reminds me of some I've seen that are made up entirely of words. Maybe you could do something like that some time. | |
