P.S. I was wonderin if you would bring to life a character that i am putting in one of my books im writting. Her name is Tithe and if you would so kindly agree to do this favor e-mail me pleeze!

:-) Frank Schmitz replies: "The 'looking for someone who can illustrate a book' sentence activates an illustrator for sure. I would like to do it, but please be so kind and send me at least a chapter of that book and some more background information about your project before I agree to draw the character. Sorry, bad experience, I had several attempts this way to do a character picture and the project was always only a fake (seems to be a 'good' way to get a character picture for your roleplaying character without paying for it). Hope you understand my caution with this subject."

13 Frank Schmitz replies: "Thanks for the visit Anneke and thanks for the duels. The direct confrontation between two artists and the voting of the visitors gives you the best feeling what your audiance wants. Regardless how good technically wise your picture is, if the viewer get not the feeling for it it will loose. So I think your duels are a hard but true and quick way to sharpen your abilities. Thanks again for that and I hope you will not stop with it."

I seefour vampire clans, but I don't see a Nosferatu. If you draw one of those it would round out the series.

i like your work. You're good with the body shapes and with fine details, but I think there could be some work done on the faces. they look flat to me, while the rest of the picture seems more 3d

Hey Frank, how are things going for ya? All is well I hope. Any plans on getting an update here? I always thought alot of your work. Take it easy man.

1 Frank Schmitz replies: "Hi Dan, nice that you visit my page again. You are right, I should update it with some new stuff but the truth is there is not much. I'm still out of work and my only income in the moment is selling terrain for tabletop players at eBay (sepultor if you wanna look), so drawing is a luxury I can't do as much as I want. But I will add a little bit older stuff and some new drawings soon (and some things I made for the tapletop guys too). Bye, Frank"
