SciFi and Fantasy Art: And What is This?

Hmmm... 'Detail of a larger work' tyou might say. actually it's a focus. wanted to preserve the integrity of the piece, so, rather than trying to shrink it, just cropped the central bit. I made this as a small gift to a friend on his graduation. (Yes, that's him bottom center) Not that this really has too much bearing on the piece, but I was rather miffed at him at the time. (He'd done something monumentally stupid.) Maybe that's why there's just the slightest twitch of antagonism on the dragon's face. Or maybe my pencil just slipped. *shrugs* Regardless. The Full-sized version is 11x14 inches, and shows a vast hoarde of gold and a few jewels, (little detail) the entirety of the dragon's wings, and tail. Enjoy.
