| 29 Sep 2000 | Madeline Quirk | this reminds me of many tales i have heard of the aboriginal dream-time... often there was these made up animals, who faught and faught, when finally something happens to one of them and that is then how we see the animals we see today. what made me think of this? well, the fact their legs are like spikes perhaps one slashed the bottoms of the others legs, leaving them barely alive, then making the next horses with legs as we know it now. It is a very powerful image though as it is. The red to one who hasnt read the desc. could symbolise the blood of a battle. interesting story, I haven't heard of it before. Thank you for sharing! | |

| 26 Aug 2001 | Anonymous | I think that this picture really brings out the beauty and hatetret that each horse bonds if they become enimies first and that everything does not have to be perfect. | |
| 8 Oct 2004 | John Menk | I like it. You've created a picture of horses fighting (which is my most favourite pastime next to trams and tramming), which definately equals "horsefight purple" by isobel somebody who is somewhere else on elfwood. Unfortunately your efforts are quite literally crushed under the sheer power of "horsefight" by stuart fowler which is an all time classic - the visual equivalent of Elton John's "Are you ready for love" from the vodafone advert featuring footballing love-rat Davey Beckman. More horses please. Keep it real. | |
