One of my favourites; If there's anything I've ever written that I truly feel the need to revise until it's bleeding, so I can send it in to a literary magazine, this is it. A simple modern fantasy/magical realism of young girl who may or may not be delusional. I'd really like feedback here on a few certain aspects: Does the story present itself well enough? Is the ending confusing? How might I be able to give more of the other characters, particularly Alice's siblings, in a sutble way that won't take you away from the story to describe them? Things like that. I really would like to get this story to be the best it can, but I need your help. Update: August 25, 2004: Fixed the small errors comments, they have been so valuable!), as well, a touched up the ending a bit more, hoping to add some clarity, as well as mentioning a few minor, subtle details at the age of the characters.
Two girls get to spend a day with their impish imaginary friends... and the possibilities of what they do are endless. This is the first half.
I wrote this at 4 in the morning 'coz I couldn't sleep...and fininshed it at 5. It seemed like a good idea to do at the time, but when it came to getting up the next morning at 6 I wish I hadn't written it! Enjoy mes p't lapins raikaillonettes...
Hmm..finally, there's a chapter! Basically, it's about the naive Alice and the cunning Lord. Just an introduction, I guess.
Part two of mt Nightmare in Wonderland chronicle, for you fans of the first one, your in for a treat, for first time readers, it's not for the weak at heart.
Written in one sitting one day at school, during a break. Inspired by a number of things, but I think it came mostly from the word 'Neverwhere'. I love my fish! :D
I know it's been a while since I've posted anything, but honestly this is one of the few stories I've written lately that could possibly get by the maderators; I've just been trying new things, new genres and new styles. But this is very much in line with the themes of Elfwood, so...I'm talking too much, aren't I? Just read.
Avalon speaks again, this time in an attempt at a love poem from her point of view.
This is an illustrated children's book I'm attempting to write (illustrations to come later. ^_^). Well, maybe not little-little kids. heh. It's going to be my second semester adv. art project. Hm. I'd really like comments, but Netscape doesn't let me check stories at the Library, so if you could e-mail any useful input I'd be really, really greatful. So greatful I might just have to *smootch*. ^_^ It's sorta Alice in Wonderlandy, and it's not close to finished. Sami must go through three trials: kindness, confusion, hate, and use what she learns to fight Sumathra. Sumathra to simmilar to Sumatra? Who thinks what? Thank u! @_@ Bla, bla, bla....
I'm not satisfied with some things in this part, but I don't know how to change them either. Enjoy?
My version of Alice in Wonderland, takes place in a gothic punk modern day, after Alice is all grown up, I know this part is a bit boring(character development), but part 2 is almost done and I think it will be much better.
I was going to write a story about the Alice from Alice in Wonderland... but this came out, instead. I was listening to a song by the Cocteau Twins called Alice... and this came out. Mixing sirens with my favorite topic, the ocean.
I wrote this for my english coursework and really liked it. Again, it was an idea that worked. sorry about the major depressingness.
The maze like manor becomes a wonderland as Anya finally discovers some of the house's strangest inhabitants and learns a secret or two.
A nice little start to a story about a girl who goes to the dragons willingly.... I actually don't have a plot for this story yet, but I've got a few ideas. Just a start.
This was the product of staying up too late and standing outside in the cold too much. Don't worry, I'm still working on Emerald Tides.
Props to Lewis Carroll, being public domain. It was suspected for a while of being fan fiction, and based on a video game of similar concept. It is neither.
This is a sequel I did for the Alice in Wonderland series. Heck. I've never even read one of the Alice books...I've only played the American Mcgee game. So yes this was inspired off of that...It takes place after Alice gets out of a mental institution (according to the game Alice went kinda blank after having her parents die in a fire. Neat game, gotta try it) So, enjoy.
