Well, it's been a while and I've been writing another story. A fanfic, at that. ( http://www.fanfiction.net/u/393950/) But I said to my self, I will finish this story before that. Anyway, things are coming to a head, there is much death, I realized I love really bloody and giant battles where main characters die. I have a really busy semester and I can't seem to work unless I'm mostly busy, so we'll see. Sorry I'm such a slacker updater. Heh. Ok- on to the story! Update: Realized that I had Daven confused with Zara which was ultimately confusing me, so fixed that and some spelling/grammar issues.
This is a simple tale of how one is changed into one of the incredible nightstalkers known as vampires. After 'Eternity' was submitted to poetry.com and published, I was asked to submit another poem for another book of theirs, and this is what I sent them. Hopefully they will like this too. Just a quick note on the title because I have been asked about it in the past...for those of you who don't know, when a vampire bites someone, it is called either the Embrace or the Silver Kiss. I chose 'Night of the Silver Kiss' because I thought it would sound nice and mysterious. ^_^
This is a new one for me. I'm trying my hand at a differant sort of short story. Something angsty, something lost.. something furry.
Morgan tries to find the vampire who had bitten her and runs into Preston, who also had been bitten. She gets the wrong impression that Preston is also out to kill the vampire, and enlists his unknowing help to kill the vampire who is now his friend.
Have you ever wondered what REALLY happened to those knights that went into the dark forest to rid it of evil? I did...then I met Squiggy...and ran away fast *shudders*
Inspired by Bifrost's 'Mad Hatters On Parade'. At first, I thought it was too low quality to put here or to add to Bifrost. I should know better. It's not like this is an elitist twit gallery. I should have submitted this to them when I had the chance. Now I just want to have something else up here. I wrote this after weeks of trying to come up with something to give Bifrost. Finally, after pulling an all nighter, I blurted it out before dragging myself to bed. That evening, I posted it on WritersCo, parading 'sleep deprivation' as a helpful writing exercise. Written on May 30, 2006. Note for Mods: My previous upload of this story had a bug regarding my use of no-break spaces. I've since removed those.
This story is about a man who lives in a world where werewolves have been unleashed. He joins the infection after losing everything.
Yes, another poem with a vampire. This is a pretty pointless poem that I wrote when I was annoyed. It's mildly amusing.
The first verse of this just poofed itself into my head one day at two in the morning, and I had to make it some friends. I'm considering continuing with more fragments from the burned library. Can't decide whether to do so or not. The stranger was the victim of a werewolf attack, just so you know.
A story about a woman who finally gets to meet the man she has dreamed of for so long...
This is the second part of my vampire series. The first one is a vampire´s kiss and I recomand reading that one first. It is just someting I felt like writing and so I did. Now I am writing part 6 so the rest will be put up later.
This is were Maxx is finally forced to come face-to-face with his changing perception of life. He is forced to run away to avoid hurting his friends. In his little day trip, he meets Sisserly, a little drakon who later bears his only son. Her family are rather corny, only because they don't live past this chapter.
An introduction to our main character and her mortal friends.
When a vampire choose you, you have no choice. CC is as always highly appreciated!
Another recent work of Morta's story. Notcie how I'm jumping all around with the order? ;) Anyhow, wrote one stanza of the poem, got stuck, had insomnia waiting for the new HP movie and this is what resulted. Yay for insomnia! It cures all my writer's blocks!
