This is the first in a series of poems; A bit of mystery, a bit of horror - lets see what we can do with it.
Chapter 2 is a whole different section then the first chapter. This one is about a girl named Morgan..and I don't want to spoil the rest..
..this is kinda weird, it has no point at all, I was in a 'writing' mood the other day and when I started writing this is what came out...kinda bloody, kinda sad, fully weird...tell me what you think
This is loosely based on this guy from my dreams. Not of. From. He tried to kill me, honest. I was just bored one day too so...
Wolf Fate: The hope of the Other World, who alone has the power to stop his own father and putting right a world that went completely wrong. He never expected he was speciel, but then the Manipulator Jack Blade shows up at cozy home and tells him differently. He says he can manipulate anything, and that he was to be trained to destroy evil in the Other World. Wolf has a big decision to make: Does he go and be trained as a Manipulator, or does he stay with his brother and grandmother?
"Only blood can kill blood." Wolf and Blade travel to the Other World to meet with Griff Harold, who confirms Wolf as the most powerful Manipulator he has ever seen. Blade names Wolf "Apprentice Manipulator", and a connection is formed between Wolf and his gryphon.
Just a short story I made up, if ya think I should make more of it, leave me a comment or two :)
My most symbol laden work so far. It is the story of Hecules's death and of an incident regarding a flaming (literaly) cloak. here is a list of the meanings of most of the symbols. Second regret of hydra’s hate: Hecules wet his arrows in the Hydra’s blood and was told he would twice regret it. Styx’s edge: edge of death Apollo kills kin: he is half brother to Apollo (Zeus’s side) A bird, once silver, now black. A crow Bear’s: Arthur means literally Uther’s Bear (arth uther) Lady Luck / One-who-is-nine: References to the names of The lady of the lake Vivian being the Lady luck and Nimue meaning nine and referring to the muses. Fate: Morgan is an avatar of fate Adder: the maiden was treacherous like an adder Dragon: Arthur is also the chief dragon (pendragon)
Part two, of a three part story. Zith enlists the aid of Mador (Master-Thief) and N'Taien (Psycho Duellist Wulfen)to aid in her assassination attempt. Note from the writer - please go easy on my punctuation I know it's not perfect. All comments welcome - I will endeavour to reply. Please note that this story was originally posted in its' entirety. However, I have now broken it down into three parts to make it easier to read.
A chance encounter in the woods and a fair trade enable a young woman and her smallest brother to escape a life as slaves. This story was inspired by Sabrina Seltenreich's picture.
The swordsmans journey takes him to the mountains. And there, he meets the priest...
Darkness returns to haunt a street orphan after being betrayed
This is brand new, infact so far no one has read this except my girlfriend! I just finished it, and now I give it to Elfwood, so make all the comments you like. Personally, I'm pretty pleased with the way it came out. Also, it's called Edge for now, being that he's the main character in it, but I'm looking for a better title. Any ideas?
He continues his search for the priest. But why does he search? Why does he need to kill the priest?
The second installment in this series. The group continues their journey, leaving behind Minstin with a new companion.
Two poems I wrote. They are short, but I like them so I thought I would put them up.
I had been meaning to get around to crafting a retelling of this traditional Scottish legend, but I hadn't meant to do it quite yet. However, I've been working on some related artwork, and in doing the description for the Elfwood site, I found myself caught up in the middle of this retelling. It seemed more suitable for posting here than on the Lothlorien section, which is for visual art, so here it is.
