Reality comes looking for Tyranser in his new life, wanting to take him away.
This story is about someone being hunted down by a little 'army of undead'. I like it cause it's slightly creepy.
After what's been.... well a good long while, following the writing of this scene the story has expanded dramatically, i know from looking on the Elfwood this cant be seen but I've made a start, having got the plot down on paper with a great number of fully thought out characters, with intertwining relationships that lead to this point. in the finished version this scene is going to have to change slightly (what with the characters now having names) but wont change so much in terms of meaning. just hope that the finished version will do this original piece the justice i think it deserves
Something that was, at one point, going to be the start of a much larger piece (and might still be, one day). I found, though, that beyond this point the quality of what I was writing began to drop off fairly dramatically and I didn't know quite what I wanted to happen. As a result, I decided to cut it here for the time being, although I may well come back to it one day if that particular inspirational spark ever returns.
I wrote this piece before I wrote my other story 'Stalked' trying to get a feel for possible thoughts/motivations of my vampire character. I sometimes do little vignettes like this to get a feel for things.
Can you always judge a book by its cover? Anyway, don't travel at night, but if you have to, don't leave your trusty sword behind.
A little girl wanders into a forest filled with monsters. Can she overcome them and find her way home again? --This story is similar to 'Another Blackout' though a bit more gruesome. Don't read it if you can't handle some blood.
I enjoyed playing around with hunter prey roles in this one. Inspired by a long rainy drive home, I started to notice I was following the same car, it made me wonder who they could be, where they could be going and I thought of this little twisted tale:)
We meet Zaal, heir to the agross Armada. He has a nasty disposition towards humanity as well as his father.
Cobar leaves his hovel in the desert to search for meat, but finds something he did not expect.
Welcome to my favorite story so far. It's on-going and a cyberpunk story. I'm trying to keep the chapters short and sweet and I would love to hear everyones ideas and comments about 'Rush'. Thanks.
I've had werewolfs on the brain lately, I don't really know why. Anyway, this is a story about a werewolf in a large, modern US city. I purposly avoided naming a city, mostly because any real experince with 'large' cities is limited entirely to: a)Salt Lake City,Utah and b)Winnipeg, Manatoba, Canada I tried to shy away from the Hollywood werewolf, and focus more on the legends. I don't know how good of a job I did in that respect, but I'm quite pleased with how this turned out. In fact, I have a sequel to this story, 'Hunted' which should be one click I've re-edited this story, taking some of the advice dispensed in the comments, while still keeping the feel of this story. I do want to say to those who feel like Cale should be a little more introspective, I put him at arms lenght for on purpose. In 'Hunted', he shows a bit more feeling, or is that just trying to save his own hide?
After finding the human girl, Cobar brings her back to his shelter. Her fate rests in his claws.
So this is about a top class assassin who finds out what it feels like to be the hunted. Quite an amusing tale and involves one of my absolute favorite things…assassins. Incase you have failed to notice I have a thing with assassins.
Let's see. Seven mages. They're all ten. And this happens to be part of one day in their lives. The same day. This is quite a long quote, guys. Sorry about that. Ok, guys, this story actually has an illustration to go with it. But me, being completely HTML illiterate, couldn't figure out how to embed the file in the story (even after checking the FAQ's and asking around) So I just put it in a gallery Update, 12/28/03: I did a whole lotta editing, and changed a few things, and ya know, the general spiel...
So yeah the next chapter of Unrequited. Enjoy. Wish I was better at these descripto-things.
