A little...I dunno..poem? Ramble? about my mask... the person I hide behind when I want people to see someone else than me. A happy, smiley, goofy person when I really feel like dying inside.
Anya meets the most advanced and mysterious member of the Doctor's household: Vivaldi.
Anya arrives at the island and the wondrously strange house and glimpses a few of its mysterious inhabitants.
Good vs Evil is the cliche battle that has been raging on since the beginning of time. Most movies and books major theme is that the good guys will always triumph over evil. But even good guys have a darkness just as bad guys have a speck of light. This poem is about that demon that can lurk inside even the purest of hearts.
This is chapter two.. I never really finished it, but I probably should. But, I want to just revamp it all, if I'm going to finish it. As I said before, feel free to copy it, make changes, and send it back to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
This is the new beginning to Mask of Darkness. It's not complete yet... I want some feedback. :) I'm not sure on it yet, so.. let me know what you think.
Chapter two, another introduction. These have apposable thumbs! There is some serious irony name wise as the story develops. So enter the brothers.
For long periods of time, this is my favorite song. When it's my favorite song, I often write another verse. The first and the three last stanzas always remain in those positions, so if you don't want to read the whole thing (I think it's 180 lines now), read those four and comment. I regard this as a parody of how Hallowe'en is sometimes perceived.
This is the 'G-rated' version of this story, edited and revised to be appropriate. If you want the actual original, feel free to e-mail me. The story takes place in a sort of medieval setting, where people celebrating the making of Mystery and Creation. This is what the party is about. The story isn't half as good in this form, I'll admit, but it's something.
An example of the nightmare which plagues Ahrakis most every night- an example of her reaction can be found in the soon-coming At First Sight 3
A play. I woke up one morning after a very strange series of dreams, and sat down and worked on the first two scenes of this play for six hours straight, without eating. Needless to say, I felt slightly sick after that. I was also sick of looking at the damn thing. It was supposed to be scary, like the dreams. But by the time I was immersed in MS Word, the essence of what had made those dreams so frightening was almost gone. And until I get a few friends to attack it with their critical eyes, I dare not edit it beyond basic spelling mistakes. And so I give you: TOYS A horribly unedited play.
Unfortunately the inspiration ran out on this gem. The first and last part. Thanks for the great comments guys. :)
A small poem from the main character of 'Awakening', Ariel Stardancer
The beginning of a descent into a place strange and lovely, disjointed and correct. Anya takes her first steps toward working for Dr. Stradi and entering his island of a perpetual masque.
Well, I've decided to submit this one in the same ticket as chapter 14 just because these two just felt like they shouldn't be separated. It was another of those chapters that wouldn't let me rest. Oh! Again, the quotation in bold italics is from the bible. Its from first Corinthians 15:55. Its the same one I used in chapter 12.
I was writing a description for a picture in my Lothlorien gallery, and ended up with this. The picture (of the main character Oddgrip) can be seen here. Oh, and I got his name from my home-made daemon name generator. Hehe.
AN: this is dedicated to all the wonderful people out there who kept me going and inspiring me to do what I can, just if nothing else by being in my life. No matter for how long or short of a time. I love you guys always….Thanks!
Meet Laura. Laura lives in a country ruled and terrorized by assasins called Executioners. If you catch the attention of an Executioner, you could join them, or be hunted down like a fugitive. Nothing grabs the Executioners' attention like someone defeating and killing one of them in battle... or even in a skirmish. Laura's nightmare has only begun.
I haven't updated the Nightmare story for a while, but when I looked through it I decided it needed revising. I might be wrong. *shrugs* Anyways, Laura despises the Executioners. She always has. But maybe joining them is for the best after all... At least for now...
