This is a story, written in verse, about a creature who is part man and part dragon!
Qala is forced to make her first kill despite her reluctance. The beginnings of this meeting with a certain demon are captured here, with much more to come. Once again, constructive criticism is welcome!

I wrote this poem a few years ago, but it's still one of my favourites. I was trying to write a love poem that didn't sound like any other love poems I'd read, and this imagery came to mind.
