This is just odd.... This is simply me sitting down and writing with out direction, just flow of conciousness. It's definitely morbid, but this was a very depressed and messed up time in my life, so here's what came about.
Having some trouble with title... If you have any suggestions please put them in comments. Thanks. This is the first thing I have written that I hope to one day be puclished as a novel. i got the idea for it (cliche but true) in a dream, and it instantly appealed to me. I have always been something of a 'tree-hugger', and do not like the idea that animals were put on earth to be our play things.
I wrote this for one of the most important women in my life, my mother, my sister, my teacher, my inspiration, the Goddess.
the 2nd part of a fantasy story, slightly linked wit the 'real' world.
I'm a lover of nature, and nature inspires me greatly. Another time I may show Lady Autumn to the woods, but for now *waves her wing* I introduce thee to Lady Winter.
A short poem I wrote last year for English. For class I had to edit out the magic components, but I've readded them. This poem represents my anger at the world for the destruction of Nature by humans.
This is a very old poem that I wrote a few years ago (that's why it's so BAAAAD!) but just recently re-discovered from the fathoms of my wardrobe (Where my mounds of notebooks lie). It's another one that I wrote for a story called 'Ruthless's Shadow'. It was a story about real witches in real life, based on my experiences practising witchcraft and manipulating the forces of nature. In this story there was a poem at the beginning of every chapter about some aspect of magick in the natural world.
I've been working on some fantasy ever since 2009 started. I decided to forget everything i have ever read about fantasy and started making races and places of my own! this story doesn't include any of the things you have read before. it is totally from scratch. i'll try to post everyday on my blog, and then upload it here every once in a while. check it at www.erloru.blogspot.com Alex
Orion and Mystia run away to 'The Mountains of Lathinor'. Chapter Highlight: Mystia snuggles with Nightfall.
From the south deserts of Durnon to the northern peaks of the Lonelands stetches a long ribbon of golden road known as the Highroad. This recounts one traveler's tale as he ventures the whole length of this reknowned causeway.
This is a poem I have just written involving song, nature and using a fantasy writing style
Hunter's Blade continued, eventually this'll all be in one story, but I need to have at least two before i'm posted - surely this is allowed? :) *Innocent grin*
this is not one of my better poems, but it is interesting. let me know what you think about it. writen, 1-9-99
Wrote this poem for my English collateral last term. It was supposed to be based on the 1812 Overture, but I have too much imagination and turned a bunch of notes into this. I'm more musical than I am wordy. Perhaps Elfwood should open up a music library... Ah well, it's the first poem I wrote that I liked, and I've won a contest with this. Inspired by William Wordsworth and other Romantic poets.
