Just a story I created for a drama class monologue. Hope you like it.
I had fun writing this one :)It takes place around the time of all thos greek/roman gods (eg. zeus, aphrodite, hades...) As far as I know, there is no such place as Mt. Jimbujamba, but this story somehow slightly reminds me of pompei.
Roman soldiers are ruthlessly hunted down and killed by something in the deepest, darkest forest of Scotland. Based on the way the Scots drove back the Roman forces, and a true story where the Romans stumbled upon a slaughtered scouting party. Of course, in the true story, it was only celts killing them, but in this one...
I had to wright this story for class and read it in front of my class the story had te be about a god we made up and it needed i moral mines not to hard to figure out sence it's the title so read it and enjoy or don't i don't care (Please commit on the story i need critisism if i want to become a better wrighter)
This was the first story I posted on Elfwood, and it's now defunct. I intended it to be a story where the Roman empire never fell, but now, its basically without a plot. So here it is. However, if you have aplot that can improve on this story, e-mail me ! I'll be gald to here it, and I'll see what I can do.
i've always wondered about the spitits and gods the ancients worshipped, and what became of them come the religions of christianity and science. i mean, they were very real before, so why are the gone now? is it because we only see what we want to see, or are they nourished and kept alive through our belief in them? i figured i had to write about it, and managed to tie in my love of celtic stories and roman/greek mythologies as well. i'm not too sure about the epilogue though... it may be better without it...
A short(ish) story in (what I hope to be) a series. Note that knowledge of roman mythology will help.
Yet another one in the 'Story' series. (Note: There was a hiatus, though I didn't send the ticket for along time since the first stories were put on it, so there was a hiatus, but not a noticable one)
It's about a hamster: )...he dies...comes back...dies again...a lot like another story I wrote. Hmmm...;(
I am planning to go on hiatus with short stories, though I will return to them. I congratulate myself on managing the phrase 'Death by Mint' in this story.
A story that came to me, one day. I saw, in the mind's eye, a cat. It flowed from there, growing, gaining momentum, and becoming something different, yet similar to most things that I write. Greek mythology in a modern era.
