This story is my submission to James Bowers' The Project Six. Thanks and credit to Lindsey Butler, Lilith's co-creator!
A story I wrote for Creative Writing (love that class). This is undoubtedly the only type of homework I enjoy doing. Mod's Choice 9/21/03 ^_^
A priest of the forest realizes an ancient power has been ressurected ...
This story got published in a book called 'Imagine That!' It was a competition and I didn't get anywhere near 1st place :Þ However I was a finalist and got published, and I'm pretty happy with that. It's about 500 words long... a short story! Have a look!
I have been writing this story for a while but there are still some minor problems so if you see any let me know. Also the title isn't final yet so if you know of something with this name tell me and I'll change it. Happy reading.
Getting PAID and getting out never used to be this hard, a team starts on an adventure without really knowing whats going on. In the future, nanotechnology and natural technology has produced among other things, the Millenium Trees, the temporary saviors of Mankid's growing population. But the Trees are threatened, and only a group of kids being chased by everyone has any chance of stopping the literal collapse of the world.
A sci-fi story about human life on a another planet, and one girl's battle to stop history repeating itself. (It has been added to! and more to come very soon)
technology vs magic a satirical comical magical adventure
Trish's reward for nabbing my 100th comment. Unfortunately she is no longer part of Elfwood so that link is broken. Old storyThis is actually a dream I had, and writing it was my attempt to be deep. In retrospect, I failed dismally. I think it has some untapped potential, which I would like to think I'll get around to tapping sometime in the future but for now it's not in the cards. DescriptionIn the future aliens take over the world and some people aren't very happy about that.
It's just the beginning... and normally I wouldn't but something this unfinished up here (At least the Guardians Prologue is a whole section.) but I'm looking for some feedback to see if this is in anyway understandable. This story takes place in the same world as a manga I'm working on with a friend- a solar system in which the sun has shrunk and the Earth is dead, and the remanents of humanity hide away inside 'ARKS', which are part of the orbital ring mentioned here.... Anyway..... Yes, The main character is female, and yes, she is 1500 years old.
This was a spur of the moment poem I did about a year ago just because. I really like it though.. It expresses how I feel about certain issues etc..
This is another poem, about this group of futuristic elves (I've recently named them chaziir) that are so technologically advanced that they are seperate from reality
Set in the far future. The Human race is slowly assimulating all others in the galaxy. Gods help everyone. Chapter 1.
A Guild Assassin from the future is sent into the past to perform an assassination of a crucial historical figure. This was an assignment for high school English class. The ideals in it are a bit strange, but I think if you read it the whole thing will make sense.
It's a poem. It's a long, repetitive poem, but for some reason, I like it. I don't write much in the way of poetry anymore, so any poetry you see is old poetry.
