This story introduces a new set of characters from a coastal village in a country to the far west of Lauralia. I call it my Louisa May Alcott story, because it's written very much in a 19th century style. Part two is in my Other Works section. (Don't ask me why this one qualifies as fantasy and part two doesn't...)
The conclusion of Karen, Veronica, Lori, and Harry's eventful final year at the Academy.
If anyone was wondering why, exactly, Millace is such a sarcastic jerk when he meets Securen, (no, believe it or not, it's not genetic), this is the beginning of the answer. If anyone has no idea who Millace is, I suppose it doesn't matter much. This, is for my friend Brandi, and excelent writer in her own right who has a fondness for Millace that matches even my own.Post Scriptum: Clan of the Owl, the tale in which Securen and Millace appear, is currently down for repairs. I am leaving this up because I consider it interesting in its own right, if depressing.
While some go through their lives blindly accepting what they are told they are, there are those who do not feel like they are what they are told. The adventure is discovering who they are, but it is also a horrible venture to go forth on. The beginning of my NaNoWriMo project for 2004.
Culture Shock! Now travel to learn about the culture and situation of another tribe: Water's Life.

Honestly, I didn't know what this poem was about 'til I read it to my dad. He explained it to me. Thanks, dad. :DApparently, the speaker of this poem is a girl who enjoyed the magic of Christmas. But something happened when she turned nine. The magic seemed to die. Maybe someone told her Santa wasn't real, I don't know. But Christmas wasn't the same. Until she had her own family, and with her young children the magic was reborn.
Normal 0 21 Right, I had this submitted once before, but the first thing I did when it was accepted was removing a code in the beginning that I though I had messed up. Proved that removing the code, removed the whole thing. -- This piece was written as a prompt that went out of hand. I was supposed to write about bubbles. And I came to think of the multicoloured smoke that came from a building in one of my old stories. And I thought of playful demon brats. And so, my little prankster Sansy was born ^_^ In this piece you also meet a mysterious woman. Hopefully I'll get around to piece her into more stories later since she is quite important. The brother: keep him or kick him? Right now he only fills dead space, but he tickles my mind...
A young girl finding our way through a new world to find out a little bit more about here self.
The start of a story that I've been dreaming up for a while now... even though there isn't really enough to go by yet, I think it will turn out well :)
I wrote this story for an Elfwood writing contest. The story goes along with a beautiful picture called Summer Night done by Liga Marta Klavina and uploaded here on Elfwood. There may be more than one interpretation to the events of the story
This is the first chapter or so of the story that spawned "Epic Tale". I know it needs work, of course, but I was curious to see what other people thought of it, so here it is ^-^ I hadn't read it in a very long time, so I was pleansantly surprised when I read it a little bit ago. Maybe I can put my two stories back together and have a nice little book...The girl, Psyche, lives in a futuristic world where everything has been industrialized and the sky is obscured by a red haze. After her 16th birthday, however, she finds that an interesting new abitliy is starting to change everything she has ever known...

The world was told of magical items that were used 3 thousand years ago that gave the leaders of an ancient civilization the ability to become animals.
