Celtic Myth

Ashley Brodie

The first draft of my 'celtic myth' that I did for my AS Level English preperation coursework. A tragic love story, as in my research they seemed to really like such things. It was supposed to be a short story and this version is 1453 words over the limit, so it is the longer version before it was ripped to pieces. There are actually three versions of this story. This one, a short one, and a longer one.

WoS - Chapter 18

The Star I Could Not Save

Well, at face value it's a poem about a star that begins careening helplessly to the Earth. Yes, the star has been personified and thus can talk, feel, et cetera.

Elevator Angel

Nicolei Arnold

(The song from the story is the theme song to 'The Partridge Family') A small business building stood in the smoggy city. It was going to be a big business, yet it still needed work. A young man walks through the double doors with his briefcase, whistling and humming to himself. Inside, he walks over to the elevator and glances at his watch patiently.

Eventide and Twilight

Reyna Burke

Eventide and Twilight started as a word play for me. Just a way to get some expressive/creative writing out of my head. It ended up turning into an obsession for me, and a kind of tragic romance and waltz of ultimate ideals. Death, life, sun, shadow, love, hate, etc.

Neil and Kaitlin

Fear-induced telepathy.....ooo-err!
