This is an excerpt from a novel that my friend and I were attempting to write. It's about a general who gets flung back in time to gather the scattered shards of the light crystal, which balances magic with the dark crystal. Anyway, I don't think it'll ever get finished. Sorry if most of my works here are unfinished. I know, it disappoints me, too. hehe ~_^ And sorry if it's a bit long; didn't want to split it into two separate things.
Er...it was late, and I was tired...? ::grin:: But! I managed to interpret it so that I could tell you what to do...I think....
This is the second in my Archangel Saga. This tells the tale of Orius, Archangel of Water...
This is a very short story, written when I was feeling a tad depressed, I think. oh well. It's still worth reading. This was when I was still on the whole: 'for it to be a good story someone must die' phase. Sometimes I still think this is the case.
The first chapter of my novel about a boy who finds out that he is not human, and is forced to fight for both sides in a war for Earth's survival.
I'm not particularly fond of this chapter, you'll find out why when you read it. There's another scene that I know I have to add for this chapter to fully make sense. Trust me: it is on its way.
'I was up to the knee, I was up to the neck, it was cold as ice, but I couldn't go back. Fist of fear squeeze your heart. The world goes red and falls apart. And then the Angels of the River, the Angels of the River, the Angels ... take you down!' (Oysterband: Angels of the River)
this was inspired by an article in National Geographic, i don't remember when. it's supposed to be about a civilization like the mayans, but not quite. i'm not sure if i like it.
This is about a Elf princess who makes her journey through the human world to the Elvin world.
(Work In Progress!)They have been ripped from their homes and thrown into a strange world. The only humans in the land are primitive and very dangerous. The only person that will help them is half feline! They are alone. They are cold. They are injured. This is their story. (Part 1)
This is a perfect example of why authers shouldent be rushed. I know I can go back and change it...but...I'm not in love with this peice like i was when i first wrote and, and if i did go back and change it so that it all fit one tense i'd end up draining all of the emotion.
Squee - this is coming up quicker than I thought. Okay, here as the title suggests is some new characters. There's more than meets the eye with these guys, but you'll have to wait and see...
Okay, this is the shortest chapter so far. There is heaps of room for me to expand on, but right now... I'm too tired.
First off yes, i did use Tail instead of Tale for a reason, it isn't a spelling mistake. The ending may seem strange perhaps, but i think that sometimes you have to believe you were in love before you know you are in love.
This was the first fantasy writing i ever wrote. I was probably inspired by something i read or saw at Elfwood, as i am constantly. There is still something that annoys me about this poem, but when i go to change it i cannot seem to find it... hehe oh well.
