Once more for Paradise

Mai Zhang

One Library scholar finds out the danger of missing the forest for the trees.

Abigail Fero

A vagrant wanderer finds a new town and a new store

Angel of Wisdom

Julia Rill

Wisdom can be a terible weapon or a great help. It could be misused. And to prevent this and to protect those, who honor wisdom, the Angel was created. In this case here i tried out a type of poem called Glosa. I hope you like it!

Tell Me

William Clayton

You could say that this poem is about story tellers and the worlds they create around them thru the magic of the Word...

Wisdom of the Sage

Paula Lenon

Wise words this one speaks. He knows exactly what you seek. Will you listen to all he has to say? Will you stop and with wisdom stay?

The Standard - Tidings

Andrew O'Steen

Hhhhmmm....what to say? Well, i guess just that this is from my own personal world, obviously, that is nameless so far. But you can definitely expect to see many more tales from it. This merely introduces some key figures and places, and is actually an excerpt of sorts from a much longer story i'm writing that includes this. Hope you like it, and as always, please feel free to offer as much criticism as you like. I like it even better than praise. Though that's good, too. ;) Enjoy!

the morrigan

Christopher Manica

The witch-queen is not to be trifled with.

Moving Slowly

Chris Poole

Moving slowly not to be confused with laziness. Not really fantasy just wisdom.

Good VS Evil

Chris Poole

My version of the tale. I think I could reword it better

The Talented (Part II)

Eleanor Wilkins

(This is continuing on from The Talented) This bit is one of those moving-ever-onwards parts of a story, which is why nothing really happens. I'll edit this part when I've written more.

Maedyn the Wise

Garon Whited

Wisdom does not always come with age, but that's the way to bet.

I See

K. Trenerry

John Kellogg

A simple poem that sheds a little light on the spirt of the 'Angel With a Broken Wing' story.

Kratai Amevinreth

Anita King

A song in Atorinth, from Karselen, with the English translation. It sounds much better in Atorinth than English, if you ask me. This song has two ways to interpret it, because 'Amevinreth' is both the name of the Phoenix (symbol of the monarch of Karselen), and the word for wisdom in this language. In iambic tetrameter, if I remember my terms correctly.

In a Little Shop Downtown

Abigail Fero

A vagrant wanderer finds a new town and a new store. Buyer's remorse?

Child of the Night

Natalie Paquette

This is just a poetic version of what an elder vampire might tell its fledgeling. *shrug* It's a few years old - four, at least. ^-^ But I'm still fond of it.

Vengeance Part 2: Wisdom

Jenni Schimmels

Twelve years later, Wirenth is still seeking justice. Her quest takes her halfway around the world and into the presence of an unusual character...

Little Prologue of a Bard

Anastasia I-Morn-Gwathren

Here's something a bard in a tavern would sing prior to his newly composed heart-tearing heroic ballad, hehe. Just to get all of the humans, elves, goblins, dwarfs, whoever else in the hall quiet. ;)

Peddler's Cry

Brian Bergstrom

It sorta speaks for itself.

The Caretakers of Peace: Book II: Chapter I 'Those Left Behind'

Joel Meredith

This book starts a new plot for the story and introduces a new slew of characters. It takes place in Balansra (the White City) at the same time that Lleyton, Reiner, and Ila head up to Anire.
