This poem is a poet's way of asking his reader to keep and open mind and not flee from the tale just because you don't like the twists and turns it might take. Written January 28, 1998.
We tour the strange house and meet Lucrece: 'She was regal, beautiful and severe, like the blade of an artisan's sword'.
Anya arrives at the island and the wondrously strange house and glimpses a few of its mysterious inhabitants.
A humorous piece about an insane man 'indirectly' obsessed with fairy tales.
This is a poem that deals with finding a magical place just for you. I've always thought that there is a place in each of us where we can retreat to and just be ourselves. Our own little wonderland.
Part two of mt Nightmare in Wonderland chronicle, for you fans of the first one, your in for a treat, for first time readers, it's not for the weak at heart.
I know it's been a while since I've posted anything, but honestly this is one of the few stories I've written lately that could possibly get by the maderators; I've just been trying new things, new genres and new styles. But this is very much in line with the themes of Elfwood, so...I'm talking too much, aren't I? Just read.
This is an illustrated children's book I'm attempting to write (illustrations to come later. ^_^). Well, maybe not little-little kids. heh. It's going to be my second semester adv. art project. Hm. I'd really like comments, but Netscape doesn't let me check stories at the Library, so if you could e-mail any useful input I'd be really, really greatful. So greatful I might just have to *smootch*. ^_^ It's sorta Alice in Wonderlandy, and it's not close to finished. Sami must go through three trials: kindness, confusion, hate, and use what she learns to fight Sumathra. Sumathra to simmilar to Sumatra? Who thinks what? Thank u! @_@ Bla, bla, bla....
I'm not satisfied with some things in this part, but I don't know how to change them either. Enjoy?
I was going to write a story about the Alice from Alice in Wonderland... but this came out, instead. I was listening to a song by the Cocteau Twins called Alice... and this came out. Mixing sirens with my favorite topic, the ocean.
I wrote this for my english coursework and really liked it. Again, it was an idea that worked. sorry about the major depressingness.
The maze like manor becomes a wonderland as Anya finally discovers some of the house's strangest inhabitants and learns a secret or two.
The beginning of a descent into a place strange and lovely, disjointed and correct. Anya takes her first steps toward working for Dr. Stradi and entering his island of a perpetual masque.
More Morbid Wonderland, the vampire and the girl get a little close ;)Oo Love tension.
story I did for english class...well more of a beginning really (i kept working on the london silver story when i was supposed to be doing it)it might go somewhere, it's cute so far and i hope it does.
Props to Lewis Carroll, being public domain. It was suspected for a while of being fan fiction, and based on a video game of similar concept. It is neither.
This is a sequel I did for the Alice in Wonderland series. Heck. I've never even read one of the Alice books...I've only played the American Mcgee game. So yes this was inspired off of that...It takes place after Alice gets out of a mental institution (according to the game Alice went kinda blank after having her parents die in a fire. Neat game, gotta try it) So, enjoy.
