A short narrative about a visitor arriving at Joiya's adult home.
I have this in poem form, and now Im changing it to story form, hence stanzas.
This is the story of my half-elven bard, Tre. She only adventured for a short while before she was retired to a life with higher meaning. Pretty unusual for a bard, but I like the way things turned out. I hope anyone reading the story can appreciate the goodness in both Tre and Thaler and enjoy reading the story of their life together as much as I have enjoyed role-playing it (Thaler belongs to a friend). Even without its RPG ties, their story stands alone as a good read.
A friend from ElfTown (Cathook) drew a picture of a mermaid attached to a shps hull. After weeks of talking about it, she challenged me to write the story of how it came to be. Well, here it is. (The story changed a little from her original, but she sounded happy with the changes. THANKS CATHOOK!) http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/loth/c/a/cathook/mermaidc.jpg.html
Second story in the Gaelle Series, it's longer than the first one, but it goes more 'in depth', I think. We meet a new character.
Febra returns to her homeland to search for her mother. She doesn't find her, but unknowingly helps someone else.
In the woods that border Lake Dasidhne things stir in the darkness, some that come from the very waters themselves. Beware of the Kelpies! All opening quotes taken from Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Síe is the local name for the Fae of this world. Duhsíe means non-fae and is the general name for humans.
Ok, here is the beginning of my story, my book, which has no name (help welcomed) any ideas? Anyway, its about bag guys who are trying to take over the world, and good guys who stop them...or do they? You'll see, critisism and comments welcomed, helpful hints and corrections are too...so please, feel free to comment and help me...I'm only a beginnger.
Story ~ Sect 2/?: Aliaya finds herself alone and unprotected. Theres nothing she can do but continue or go back to her father. She continues on....
I was bored one day, so I painted a picture of a phoenix, taking as my reference point a crimson topaz hummingbird. I then thought 'hmm.. I want to write something,' and this is what occurred
A poem I wrote while doing math homework, or atleast trying to. :)
A young elven woman dances a dance of life and death, struggle and harmony, growth and renewal, beneath the waxing and waning moon. (I'm proud to add that I wrote this sucker in 15 minutes in the car on the way home from summer school. Go me!)
hmm.. the title is an alliteration. anyway, I love Moose.... but I can't draw them, so I wrote a poem about one.
I know that this starts in the middle of a story. I lost the disk with the beginning on it and I haven't found the version that I wrote out in the car. Anyway, it's about a half-elf with a lot of secrets and how she befriends a griffin. It's pretty cute, plus it has Shandor in it. Again, no where near finished... :P
