This picture is supposed to go with a story i read ages ago, but i dont know who the author was, so i can't tell you! sorry, anyways, story: - 'Once Upon a time in a Kingdom lived a beutiful dancer, who dancer at the emporors court. One day a powerful wizard came to the emporor's castle, when he saw the girl dancing, her fell in love with her. The wizard took her hands and asked her if she would come and dance for him, the girl nodded and accepted eagerly. Once they reached the wizard's castle the girl danced for him every day, until one day the wizard came to her and asked her- 'My dear, would you like to live forever in this land and dance for me?' and the girl, without thinking eagerly replied 'Yes, yes of corse i would' So the wizard lead her away to a secret place, and in this place there was a high pillar of glass and crystal. The wizard chanted a spell, and the girl felt a roaring in her ears before she passed out. When she woke everything was very cold and dark. 'Now you will dance for me all the time, every day and you will be mine.' and the girl put up her hands to touch the wizard, but she only felt cool slipppery glass, and she opened her mouth to scream, but she couldn't make a sound, all she could do was dance. And as the years and the seasons passed, the wizard came every day to watch her dance, and her got older and older, his back bent and his hair greyed, but he never failed to come every day to watch her dance-for that was all she could do now. It was coldest winter the last time the wizard came, with his hair whiter than the snow on the ground, aged and gnarled he cluched at a staff to help him walk. But the girl behind her cold glass prison never changed, and remained as lovely and ageless as she ever had been. The wizard left at dark, but never returned. And she knew that he had died, for never had he missed a day to watch her dance. and so the girl remained behind the glass forever, unable to speak, unable to move of her own will, only follow the steps she had once been so proud of, and continue to dance in her glass prison.' - well i never siad the story was very nice!! the song words on the side are by Evenescence (Fallen), the song is Whisper! - done in coloured pencil biro and watercolour!
