I drew this several months back when my Drama I class was performing 'The Princess and the Pea'. We spent many long hours practicing, blocking, and rehersing for that play. When the time finally came, I decided to brig som art supplies along with me so that I could draw backstage while I waited for my scene. I was in only one scene throughout the entire play, so it gave me plenty of time to work on this picture (the class performed it three nights in a row too! :D). For some odd reason, I got the "Catch a Falling Star' song stuck in my head, so I absolutely had to draw it. It's my character Tsume again, well, catching a falling star. This was good chibi-drawing practice and I like how the coloring turned out. ^_^ Oh yes, I also owe some of my inspiration to Square-Enix, the creaters of Kingdom Hearts. I absolutely love that game and the gorgeous graphics! Thanks for looking! Drawn with a sharpie, Sakura micron inks, and Rembrandt Polycolor colored pencils on 8.5" x 11" cardstock. Took about 3-4 hours.
