The Many Colors of Sesket

This is what happens when you: a) Enjoy inking (perhaps too much) b) Enjoy creating your own coloring books c) Enjoy coloring d) Are told to animate what you have colored   So here is Sesket, changing her colors to see which one she likes best.   In case you are interested, Sesket is a Sand Skrit, a creature I created.  She has the head of a human, horns and ears of some kind of antelope, arms of a lion and the body of a snake.  She happens to live in Ancient Egypt, but there are many other Sand Skrits which inhabit other parts of the world.  Sand Skrits were created by the gods to be their secretaries and to do other boring, tedious work that needs to be done in order to keep the world running.   Oh, this took about an hour to ink, three hours for the colored ink, three hours more for the colored pencil, and another hour to scan it all in and get the timing right.  About eight hours total.  Drawn and colored in August 2008.
