This drawing is based in a passage from the novel Momo, by Michael Ende. The grey men vampirizes the time of men, spreading on the process the hurry and the boredom. Only the homeless, leadered by Momo, a little girl, realizes of the menace they are. On this passage of the book, Momo turn her head and realizes that the grey men have been following her to the home of the master of time, their enemy. Is a collage of two diferent drawing. The grey men are made in black ink over a grey paper, while Momo and the turtle are made over a white paper, and are the only characters that are coloured, whit watercolour pencils, while the urban scene surrounding them is only made whith ink. Both parts of the scene are drawn separately, and pasted one over the other, with cuter and glue, like in the “pre-informatic” times, that allows a more definited relief effect.
