Since everyone loves the owliff baby so much (including me:) I made up some more, in color this time. Owliffs come in may colors though their body fuz is always white their eyes can be any color and their beaks can be anything from red to yellow with occasional darker browns. Their legs are almost always near black, but can have different under-colors to the black and on occasion their legs will be the same color as their beak in bright red, orange or yellow. Baby owliffs are about the size of a small dog while adults can reach sizes (with fluff) or large horses. Being bird-like, their actual skeleton is much smaller than the external appearance. Owliffs generally spend their time high in trees, dropping down in large numbers on prey walking below or eating the fruits high in the treetops. Owliffs are usually nocturnal but will spend time awake during the day. Owliffs are intelligent but have no society beyond family groups and lack any civilizational structure. They are rarely seen by any not of their own family or intended as their dinner.
