Okay, I'd better explain my sad background - that's a bar. Her father's bar, in fact. That's supposed to be a counter, with inlaid paintings amidst the wooden boards, and the tile is 'poor man's tile' - cheapest around the area. Carmelita often acts as the entertainment on slow nights, in hopes of making business pick up.
