Don't you hate it when you spend your company's time and resources on a secret project to create 100% artificial humans with enhanced abilities that have no rights and can be sold for a thousand times the manufacturing cost, and then they go and break loose, and you can't seem to do anything to stop them? Yeah, so does AltaCo International, the leading bio researching group on Terra IV. This is their baby and their bane - AV-1, the first prototype of an illegally grown batch of genetic superhumans. Their one fatal flaw was to make their monster aware of the ideas of freedom and slavery...once her eyes opened and her delicate-looking, near-indestructable fist shattered her stasis tube, AltaCo knew its secret dreams of dominating the miles-high city planet were in very real danger. Frankenstien's monster was loose...Frankenstien's genetically-enhanced, lightning-fast, near-indestructable monster. As a result, the poor girl is always on the run through the city planet, with everything from AltaCo robots and superhumans to the misinformed planetary authorities and SWAT teams breathing down her neck. Her only assets include her reflexes, and an unliscenced but kindly cybernetic bike called Gryphon. This is a redo of a redo of a redo of an original picture that was here when my little gallery first opened. I redraw Avee every five or six months or so as a gauge for how much or how little I've improved. This latest version is computer-colored (something previously unseen in my Sci-Fi gallery) and drawn with much more love and care than the original three. This time I avoided black plastic and went instead with sort of a raver girl thing. That's her biking outfit - the nitro cannisters on her back plug directly into Gryphon via a robotic hose assembly, giving them an extra speed boost if they need it.
