But as it is (I believe) Irish Gaelic in origen, that's quite alright, because as I understand (which could be wrong), each clan had its own dialect of the language.From my own research (which could have been misguided) "Baen" or "bawn" (or however it's spelled) means "Unpleasant woman." (or "bitch" by some people's translations, analyses, and blunt explainations) and "sidhe" means "fairy" (Or, apparently, "high-born" according to some.
