In the Beginning

'No, there are no others like me. In the beginning, I was born into the night from a great, dark egg, with nothing to see but the void about me, and nothing to hear but the sounds of the sea.' Hooray for the horribly corny first person narrative... from the happy little raven's point of view. In Native American folklore, it was Raven that flew over the sea again and again with a pouch around his neck until, throwing a rock into the water, he created the first land. In the Bible, after Noah sent Raven out to look for land, he dissobeyed him by not returning to the ark rather, he flew back and forth across the world until land appeared. In Norse Mythology, Odin's two Raven's (named Thought and Memory) flew back and forth over the Earth each day, to bring him news. Lots of happy connections. No, I don't have a life. Three hours with lots of lovely little Sharpie markers to smell...

Silver Sky Ch.2-- Ghosts of a Glorious Past

This is, as the title implies, the second chapter of silver sky. I won't really go into detail about what happens but the camel talks in this chapter. If anyone who knows me recognizes some of the conversations that take place in this and future chapter comment and tell me!!!

CH.03 Paradise Lost

Well...Ch.3... Not a very happy chapter, but I don't guess any of them really are. The people get to the mountains here. Yay for them. If there are typos or plot errors, it's because I do most of my typing between twelve and one in the morning. Yay for caffiene. I'm going to upload a picture of a happy little map.
