Okay, so here's Henry, a grim reaper. He isn't the Grim Reaper, because there are many who all do the same job, but for different people. They aren't omnipotent, but they are immortal, like all other helpers to gods. In my story, the people have a polytheistic religion, but the gods have common names, not like 'Athena' or 'Oden.' They're Bob and Cindy and stuff. This reaper, named Henry, serves the god of the underworld, whose name is George. ...Yeah. This CG's a little darker than I would have liked, but that's the thing about guys dressed in black at night. I've been tinkering around with Henry's outfit for awhile and I really like this style. His scythe isn't very functional, though, I guess. This is inspired by 'The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari,' which explains the jagged edges on whatever ground is directly behind Henry. I must have been high on coffee or something to draw this stuff. Henry's scythe doesn't say 'Ernie' or something like that, just so you know. It actually says 'Ernte,' which means 'harvest' in German. I guess that kind of makes sense? I think grim reapers are German.
