You're going to think I'm mad, but this actually took about 18 hours at least to draw and color. Usually I spend a maximum time of six hours doing my CGs, but I treated this one like an art class project, coming back to it every day to add and change things. I know it's not very detailed (it is for me, at least), nor is it very colorful, but I consider it to be a great accomplishment and if I weren't so sick of it right now, I think I'd feel rather accomplished. As for the subject matter, a half-elf and her human friend are walking through an enchanted forest during the witching hour when all the pixies and elves come out to play. I drew some inspiration from Irish mythology which covers, of course, such creatures coming out into the human world (previously theirs) to frolic and enchant foolish mortals who dare to venture out at that time. Fortunately for this human, he's in good company, though the other elves don't think so.
