Vlad the faerie gelert

Well, this is yet another pic I drew of Vlad, my faerie gelert. Ain't he cuuute? Only this time, I decided to anthropormize and androgynize him... nyahahaha! And yes, Vlad likes make-up and being pretty. Just check my shop, he has a collection of every kind of make-up possible on display there (yes, they're for display only, not for sale... hehe)! Notice that this time I actually drew his wings... yay! Another difference that this pic has from the earlier pic of my gelert that I drew is: for the earlier one, I actually did meticulous colour-blending and all that; but for this one, I coloured it in the Neopets-esque style... witch is basically just huge colour swatches to denote shading... lol! Drawn on printer paper with a pencil, but coloured in photoshop (as per my usual choix of media... lol) Well, it was quicker, easier, and it looks more like something for that site. You can see Vlad's site here: www.neopets.com/~vladimir_sakharov

This is the second part of the poem about Hrolthin (it follows 'Journey'). You now find out that Hrolthin is the 'Chosen One' and is destined to save the Finns... And yes, I WAS running short on Old Anglo-Saxon names, so I DID get Njörl from 'Njörl's Saga' in that one Monty Python episode. It just seemed like a perfectly stereotypical Anglo-Saxon name.
