This is my father's family Coat-of-Arms, granted in Ireland, containing a demi-dragon rising from a red Eastern crown atop a Baronet's helm. According to my sister who is the family genealogy specialist, the small or half- shield below the helm originated with the wife's family. The shield has a gray border with a 'vert' or green field. The 'Hand of Ulster' is at the top of the red ribbon - which liess on the diagonal from the left top to the right bottom of the shield - followed by a swan, a gold Eastern crown, and another swan. It is embellished with gold flourishes. The motto is 'Constantia et Fidelitate', meaning 'Constant and Faithful'.
