Fire Horse (art trade)

Wheee! My first ever art trade! This was my half of a trade with M. 'Morrigan' Dahlgren. She wanted me to do a Friesian fire element with cloven hooves. The symbol on his rump is a Japanese symbol for fire, and I really hope I got it right. The odd, messy writing in the upper right hand corner is 'fire' written in Elvish, and I hope I got that right too! The border thing was pure fun, it was inspired by the markings that a pencil will make after you burn the tip of it in a candle. The wood around the lead gets all black and makes really cool little ribbon designs when you rub it on paper... My mom and I discovered that technique when she was supposed to be teaching me algebra and there happened to be a candle on the table. Anyways, I hope you like it, M.!!

A Corelative Delegation (Chapter III)

This chapter is my chapter of doom; in other words, it's the one I simply cannot make amends with. I hate it. Nothing worked out right. And, naturally, it's probably the most important to the plot out of all the chapters I've written so far. Ah, and the cat's name changes from Gringot to Gotgrin in this chapter-- recent decision there, shall have to figure out whether or not to keep it. Thoughts?

A Feather, Perhaps (Chapter I)

Perhaps this is a prologue.. I'm not sure yet. Um. Not much to say.

This Fine Clock (Chapter II)

A bit less finished than Chapter I... it lays some of the foundation for the rest of the story, so some things are pretty important and need to be ironed. In other words... my plot needs editing. :P
