Here is Tacey, and she is wearing a dress. I assume that Anwen had to stretch her imagination to its limit to find some threats powerful enough to coerce her daughter into this sort of outfit, but there it is – I don’t know what the occasion is, but it’s probably very, very important if Anwen took the time to force Tacey into that attire. Tacey is not happy, but Rowan, on the other hand, is having a hard time keeping back his laughter. The Eydís guardian have better thank his lucky stars that Tacey is mute, or she would probably have let him have a very loud and rowdy piece of her mind. Usually, though, she finds other ways of expressing herself, so perhaps Rowan would do well to clear off soon before Tacey does something that he’ll regret.
