My first thought after finishing this picture and looking at it objectively; “Get out of my room, you little jerk!” My second, “I hate math”, which is actually closer to what the person in the picture was supposed to be saying (“These numbers are not intent on cooperating, Lael! Let’s go pick a fight with some vampires, I need a break.”). This is Poornima, and she is, as one might or might not be able to guess from her appearance, a werewolf. She detests advanced math, but, unfortunately, her teachers demand that she learns it for good measure, seeing as ‘it can come in very handy later in life’ (Poornima fails to see why, and it so happens that I share her point of view, reasonably or not ~_^). Even though I have very little in common with Poornima, I see myself in this picture. In fact, this is me whenever my little brother comes barging into my room without knocking, and for no other reason than to ask, “What are you doing?” (Drawing or writing, what else?) or, “Is mom in here?” (Why in the world would she be, if I may ask?) God bless him, and I love him, but sometimes he gets on my nerves. Unlike math, which I hate wholeheartedly. The bead frame looks kinda funky, but the quill looks good enough to counter that bit of weirdness, so overall, me likes this pic. ^_^ I think I managed to make Poornima look like a werewolf even though she is not in her most bestial form here, which I doubt she ever will be, considering my problems with drawing animals in general.
