The third of four Gods portraits!
1st – The Librarian
2nd - The Brute
And now… the White Dragon.
This is Nethmier Eritireah (neth-meer ear-it-tree) She’s First of the Cardinal Gods and the Goddess of the East. Eritireah’s element is that of the Earth and her Power is Life. She is the most reclusive of the four Gods and the most powerful. If Eritireah commands it… it happens.
Nethmier does not appear in The Poles all too much. Her greatest part is in the end, but even there it is not so large. The reason? Most of the story takes place in the West and Eritireah is not the friendliest of the Gods. She is quite disdainful to mortals, as she sees them as disappointments.
This is actually the first drawn portrait I have done of her and I can safely say I am satisfied. The symbolism in her is as simple as the bird’s nest, signifying Life and the flower blooming, showing as Earth. Only animals and plants give the Goddess pleasure, as they are obedient and serve their purpose perfectly.
The metals of the other Gods are on her… a bronze cuff from Narodez, an ettigory waistband from Dimtrov and sweetly enough, a silver bracelet from Faristad. (He lufs her! Too bad their exact opposites now.) As you can tell, her metal is gold.
Alright then… next will be Faristad!
