This was my first experiment with sculpy clay towards the end of sophmore year, and it taught me a lot. First off, if you are using femo or sculpy you want to have a base to form the clay over. Not just a floating blob of tinfoil to save clay, but a solid, simplified mass that you sculpt over. >,< woo was a pain to find out. Anyways, I love 3-d medians, and this was a lot of fun to make and paint. Painted with oils, which were fun to blend and gave it a softer look. 6in high by 6in across. Not sure if he is a forest critter or some kind of faerie, just a critter that made itself. Haha, I love his guilty, sad little expression... *aww*
