A brief sketch of the founding of Lauralia and the history of the different provinces thereof.
This story introduces a new set of characters from a coastal village in a country to the far west of Lauralia. I call it my Louisa May Alcott story, because it's written very much in a 19th century style. Part two is in my Other Works section. (Don't ask me why this one qualifies as fantasy and part two doesn't...)
The conclusion of Karen, Veronica, Lori, and Harry's eventful final year at the Academy.
This fragment was found by King Hawkins of Lauralia, whose passion for finding and preserving history became widely known, both during and after his reign. He created the position of Royal Chronicler, which he awarded first to his scribe, Young Lord Elron of the Eastern Woods, only two years after his coronation as king.
This story is my submission to James Bowers' The Project Six. Thanks and credit to Lindsey Butler, Lilith's co-creator!
Wyvern's Project 5, first chapter. Introducing Mother Kat and her world.
Wyvern's Project 5, chapter three. Introducing Gary, and one of Mother Kat's parishioners.
The tale of four students in their last year at the Lauralian Teaching Academy. This story takes place about ten years before The Eve of Meladrin. Continued in installment two.
My contribution to Wyvern's Project 5. A rather ambitious story set in Eugene, OR some decades in the future. Let's hope my writing skills are up to this!
I meant to write a nice little short story for Christmas. Instead the Brats sprang into my head, and the entire town of Traderston took the story and ran with it! The result is a fairly complex look at the Lauralian resistance movement under Arcanian rule. Set before events in The Restoration. For my Godsibs.
This story scared me when I wrote it. What to do when your favorite heroine becomes the villan? The events take place twelve years after The Eve of Meladrin. Continued in installment 2.
A snippet about Colin and Queen Ellena. This takes place some time after Wyvern's Project One.
A snippet containing bits of Karen's life before the events described in Wyvern's Project Two.
A very brief look at one of the less savory sides of Lauralian society, from the point of view of one of the Lesser Servants of the Godde
For those interested, here is a brief sketch of the Lauralian social structure and system of education.
An ancient legend of Lauralia. It was an oral tradition for over 1000 years before it was finally written down for King Hawkins in 1113.
A brief description of the events leading to the death of Queen Ellena and exile of Princess Elizabeth.
Being one of the primary scriptures of the Servants of the Godde. Believed to have originated in the Woodland Provinces before they were part of the kingdom of Lauralia.
This describes the beginning of the end of the exile of Queen Elizabeth II of Lauralia, some years before the events of Wyvern's Project Three.
Chapter 5 of Wyvern's Project 5. Nightmares and a conversation with Sarah.
