Here we learn a little bit more about the Dialos, not a lot granted, but a little. Next bit on Garnor's story.
This is a random poem with a different rhyme scheme... has nothing to do with anything else I've written
Not much to say really... next part of Garnor's story... again would like to thank Caitlyn and Sasha for editing help.
Well... these would be the darkest most angsty chapters... very angsty... I was NOT in a very peppy mood when I wrote these... heh... keep that in mind *hides* More Garnor and Alranos and the pain of being Death. Eternal thanks to Joelle and Becca for their editing help... oh... and this is the last set of chapters where Garnor was an Elf... anyone who is/was and elf is not a Maiel... but I was too lazy to change it here... when i do the major edit I'll switch that (and the POV problem in here as well... I'm so lazy... should so not be a writer^_~) umm... enjoy? *runs away*
Hmm... not quite sure how o describe this one... might blossom into something bigger... I quite like Ilieth... but anyway... this is for Gabs for either 500 or 750th commenter status... though I think she got both... regardless... it's for her and I'm glad to do as such! Oh yes... one warning before you begin... I think I dub this the darkest of my writings...
I'm going to have to start combining chapters now... here is the other cast of this story... meet Ranar, T'ranel, and Theoth... many thanks to Eli for her editing help!
This idea just pounced on me late one night and wouldn't let me go, so I had to write it down. Can't say much without giving things away... so go *shoos* read! For Eli for all her editing help *bows* I am most grateful!!
We return once again to Alranos and Garnor... Garnor begins to learn a wee bit about what it realy means to be Death...
This idea has been with me a long time but I never had the means to write it... so I was reading some Poe the other day and suddenly the idea struck... borrow The Raven's meter!! So I did (it's fun! you should try it!) and this is what happened... For Trish for 1250 i believe^_~
Mweheh!! I will have a long poem of my own!!! This isn't the end, don't worry... and originally the end sat a little better, but then I had to be annoying and add that wee bit more that made it dark... I tell you... anyway... thank you so Becca for his name!!! And to Caitlyn for inspiring me to write one of these poem thingers of my own^_^ This is the story of Federain, cursed child of Darkness and of Fate...
So. This is for Brandi^_^ because she is a wonderful person and wrote me a double sestina and a regular one, and so i thought i'd writer her a double... and because she loves Morn, who is the speaker in italics. This is my first stab at a double sestina, partially to try to break a block, but yeah... it's about Natham who is Autumn and his Keeper, Morn- sort of a guard. Heh...^_~
Hmmm... well... they finally meet up^_^ angst... but that's no surprise... been dying to write much of this for awhile... but that's my taste not yours^_~ hope you enjoy!! let me know if it all works!! (there's about 6 chapters left i think btw...) thank you Becca for editing help!!! *hugs*
This is several years after the prologue as most first chapters are *nods* I gave no names on purpose... it was very akward so if you know of or can point out a better way to write it without using names, please let me know because I don't like it how it is now! And I would like to thank Caitlyn and Sasha for their editing help *nods*
The true nature of Death is a complex one, an existence, yes, but so different from the common soul. It’s pain is much deeper than a common soul can bear, it’s heart much more broken. Shamed and hated, spat at and blamed, it is an existence that is not envied. But what of when Death tires? What of when Death has fallen past the place that emotion can bear? It is then that the chosen one is harvested. The One seeded by Death in the Beginning to be its Heir.
Meet Andrew, his cello, his brother, and their bodyguard. I've had Andrew free-ranging through the 'Woods, thought he deserved a spot on my shelf. This was a 'murder mystery' written for a creative writing class last year- not my strongest genre, so. Let me know how I can make the whole deal more clear if you would^_^ Much gratitude to Cecily for this one.
Hmm... not quite sure how to describe this one... shortish story... interesting to write... kinda attached to it in a weird way... meh... just read^_~ I think this one belongs to Becca ^_^ it's yours^_^
Formerly 'Prologue to a Fate' I added what might be the first chapter... not sure... it might really be the 15th *grin* I don't know where to start this one... it's hard to write *grin* but yeah... here it is
Written a couple nights before school started... that or the night of... can't remember... Let's just say that school inspired this. But there is no way I'm dedicating this to... *spits* that! (Thank you to Muffin for her help)
A quickly written poem telling about how the dialos (death) came to have it's black eyes. Things you need to know are that the Artist is one of the key elements in the death process (you'll read more about him/her in part 3 of Death's Tears (haven't decided) so don't worry too much about who he/she is right now...
Things you need to know before reading this... 1) it is about the Maiel who will fade (very painful death) when exposed to the true or pure dark 2) the father is cursed by a band around his arm that would fade him if he removed it and faded his arm as part of the curse 3)Leigh + boredom = bad poetry... this is not my best *nods*
This is yet another half (well, much less than half!!) work. It is about Garnor, a character of mine. This is another short prologue thing.
We return to the land of the living for a few pages and then delve deep into the land of the dead... heh... not much brighter than the last one... though much more 'action' if it can be called that... let me know if the last chapter works... thank you to Becca and Joelle for helping out!!
This isn't complete. Ok, now that you know that... I just put it up 'cause i want to know if it's worth finishing... i mean, i'll finish it regardless, but do you want more of it posted? This is a little ditty that will end happy in challenge by Paul... it's taking me forever... i'm not one to write happy stories *grin* so don't expect much from it... in retrospect, this one is based off of the CC team at my school.. they're my heroes... it's what little I could do to repay them for all they've done for me even though they'll never know it or know that this is here, but it is... and it's dedicated to them.
