On the Edge

The wind calls to her. She can feel it tugging at her, asking her to join it. Standing at the edge, she knows it's time. She's ready to spread her wings, to make the leap. -------------------------- Not my best painting... not to mention my scanner ate it. One thing about it that I'm proud of, though: the wings. Goshawk's got her groove back! But, dang it, I forgot the girl's shadow........ I always do that. Let's just pretend it's there, 'kay? And, before you point it out, I know I left the sketch lines. I did that on purpose. This could really symbolize anything: death, facing the unknown, trying something new, even suicide. But, really, I just want to fly. Isn't that great? You can read really deep into some of my art, but the meaning is right there on the surface.Watercolour and ZIG pens
