This piece was started and finished on the same day in a span of two hours. A speed record for me. This one, like the Inspirational piece, is placed in my own created world and is a sequal piece to a larger shot of the city. Howver, UNLIKE the inspirational piece, this one is actually an illustration that goes with my story, not one derived from it. Therefore, it actually means something. This building is in the middle of an all-kilan city (see 'Kilan in Acrylic for a treatise on Kilans) and is the central hall for the family of one of the stories characters, Cecil, a member of a noble family that went bad and overthrew the former country's monarchy. The kilan in front is just a statue, but I still need to adjust it to give it a sorrowful look in light of the clan's downfall -by the end of the book, Cecil, the good guy, is the only survivor of his family. That was a mouthful and a bit of a teaser for when I finish the really bloody-long book! Comments welcome.
