A villain from an original comic series, Crankyman. The daughter of a former superhero turned zealous environmentalist father, Kylee lives a vegan (around her father) lifestyle and participates in community volunteer projects. Her father doesn't believe a house needs unnecessary electronics bogging it down, so Kylee spends her free time working out and venting unspoken anger and frustration at her father and her peers. She's not angry or angsty, she just has a lot pent up being Roseline Epp's only friend. She loves the girl, Ros can just have a very taxing personality. In her desire to rebel against her father, Kylee was delighted to discover that her touch, when focused, erodes whatever she contacts. She doesn't hate the environment, nor does she seek to destroy it, but this moonlighting villain work sure does blow off the steam her workouts just can't reach. During her nighttime adventures as the villain named Toxic Waste Girl, she's become the arch nemesis of Ros's hero identity, Prisma. ---------------------------------------------------- TECHNICALITIES My friend Matt decided he wanted to try out chalk pastels and invited me to join him and use up the orange sheet. We've never used chalk pastels before, so it was cool seeing how we both took entirely seperate approches to the medium. I've decided I love this particular medium... It's a lot like using colour pencils, but with the fun of fingerpainting; it's very hands-on and made colouring fun again. The proportions are a bit weirder than usual because the paper's huge and I'm not used to working with large surfaces, but I'm overall quite pleased with this.
