This is an illustration I did to go along with a rather complex story I was writing. Since then I have taken a bit of a break from the writing, but this character is the only one from a specific chapter (i guess) that I have thus far bothered to draw. His name, as is the title, is Lightvine. As for his role, it is difficult to describe that without writing a few pages on the subject. For your purposes, he is a tribesman of a race of sentient plants I made up (one of six such species) and is a leader within that community and within the forest that all six of these races call home. His whip is made of the entrails of a former leader he killed. He is considered a nuiscance and a pest by most of the other leaders throughout the forest, but he is also a very skilled warrior thus limiting the amount of stuff they can do to dispose of him. What you might percieve to be a mask is actually his face. I did not want to make it look too human as the overall effect was already that of a human more or less. I will say that I am labeling this as a three, I believe, because the character is almost completely nude and you can easily see a butt cheek. Not that that's a terrible thing that's going to scar you for life, but some parents don't want their kids subjected to such things and I won't be the one to cause the trouble in other households.
