This is a tree from a favorite childhood book, The King with six friends. A tree that can now get a good night's sleep. A sighing voice came from the tree. " Alas" it said, "oh glum and woesome woe." Zar stood close to it's bark. "Is there someone in trouble?" he asked. "Look up into my branches," said the voice."Do you see those nests?" There are four of them, and they are all filled with baby birds which cry and scream all day and night so that I never get any rest. If only I could be free of them!" Zar climbed the tree. Carefully , he lifted down the four nests. With the help of his companions, he placed the nests in four smaller trees.
