The Way the Wind Blows

The Indigo darkness had a strong hold on my body.  I was enraged that Portrid would have done that to me so quickly.  As unpure thoughts entered my mind,  a hand reached out and pulled me upward.  My body was once more being transported to a different place, a place of light and certain calm.  Belstileigh giggled as she let go of my hand.  "Portrid is up to his hazing methods I see." My head was still realing but Belstileigh did make me feel less frightened.  "Don't let this transformation destroy your sense of well-being, you were chosen by the Council. So many on the earthly plane will never experience the gift you have been bestowed upon you."  Belstilegh smiled as we flew through the stars and whirled with the wind.  Others were there, smiling and observing.  Perhaps, I would be worthy of a task.  But now, I realize that the Two were a bit to hasty to allow me into  the darkness.  I was just a embreyo in a world I did not understand.  Belstileigh took me by the hand once more, "Come little one, let us fly beyond the boundaries which have shaken you so.  Your training has just begun and I'm sure that Portrid is waiting for us at this very moment."
