Dragon soaring high, Newborn Phoenix calling life, Vampire wake at the fall of night. Angel, fallen with a broken wing, Lies crying on a ground of stone. Next to her, holding her still, a man elf or norse One cannot tell. The bear sits still and watches all Away in the shadow of the door, Hiding quietly a cat, tiny, black. And whilst these scenes take their course, The fools on either side Slowly draw the stage curtains close. This is the poem that i wrote before i drew the picture... I had drawn the image twice before and it never worked the way i wanted it to... i am now pretty happy with it though... the only thing that i am not very happy about is the fact that my pen smuddged... so i'm hoping that i can correct some areas in photoshop... in all the picture took about 10 hours of work... its saddly still dedicated to my now ex-boyfriend. He still has the original... (resizing it took away a load of details...hope i can fix that in photoshop too...) Media: Pencil, colour pencils, Stabilo markers, on 90Lb Watercolour paper, touched up in Photoshop.
