I live in Michigan.  I am a Christian, and have been on several mission trips. Jesus is Lord, He rose from the dead.  I enjoy travelling and  have been all over the United States, Mexico, a mission trip to the San Blas Islands.  Yes, sleeping on a hammock in a grass hut gives one a different perspective.  I've also been to Croatia and Kingdom of the Netherlands. I was a extra in my younger brother's movie, a series called Atom Nine.   http://www.atomnine.com/   My mom was a country music singer and writer. This is her website: http://www.hillbilly-music.com/artists/story/index.php?id=12568   My dad was a writer for shows that introduced the newest models for Ford Motor company, and my mom was a country music singer and writer.  I beleive this is where I get my talent from.    My dad and some friends have a book published, it's called, Joys We'll Never Forget. http://www.amazon.com/Joys-Well-Neer-Forget/dp/1441538240/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1252724798&sr=1-1    I have been drawing steadily since I was in first grade.  I like to write too.  I mostly like to draw equipment, machines, and spacecraft, and use a mix of mediums; oils, acrylics, colored inks, and pencil.     I like to stand outside during heavy thunderstorms and feel the wind and rain push against me.  I like being outside during blizzards too.  My favorite artists are the likes of Angus McKie, Chris Foss and the heavy architectural feel of his spacecraft, Jim Burns and his smooth air brush work, Joe Johnston, Ralph McQuarrie; the original Star Wars artists, and Chris Moore.    I was recently cast as a TV extra for ABC's Detroit 1-8-7, and that was fun. Hope to do it repeatedly.  I like Thunderstorms / weather, drawing and painting, writing, photgraphy, astronomy, and bicycling. Favourite movies Star wars, mainly episodes four through six. Star Trek the Motion Picture, Wrath of Khan, and Voyage Home. Original Battlestar Galactica, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe, Lord of the Rings, Return of the King. Lord of the Rings by Ralph Bakshi. Heroes. Star TREK TOS and TNG, and some Voyager and Deep Space Nine. Favourite books Books by Clive Cussler. The Art of Star Wars, Return of the Jedi, Phantom Menace, and a script for Star Trek IV, the Undiscovered Country. Transluminal and Lightship, art by Jim Burns, Star Trek Technical Manual, TOS and TNG versions. Various books on astronomy and the Hubble Space Telescope. Favourite music My favorite music is anywhere from Classical to contemporary Christian like the Newsboys, Petra, Third Day and Steven Curtis Chapman; Enya, Celtic Women, and Lorreena McKennit, 1950’s rock, classic rock like the Beatles; Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Boston, Yes, the Who, Styx; Bob Seger, Bruce Springsteen, and Dire Straits. I sort of grew up during the disco / classic rock era which gave way to punk, “New Wave,” heavy metal hair bands on up to grunge and “alternative.” Some of which I actually like. And by the way, a thirty-six-inch T-square makes a great air guitar.
