Jolanta Komornicka

Greetings. I'm Jolanta Agnieszka Katarzyna Nalecz Komornicka...but nobody ever really calls me that, though they like to pretend. I'm mainly a short story writer. Though my works rarely fit into any specific genre, fantasy is still an element in my writing. I also write some poetry, but I doubt I'll be posting any of that up here for your viewing horror. I enjoy reading fantasy and other works (again with no real genre). I write (that's why I'm here, right?). I do other stuff as well, I'm sure. In general, I don't have much of a life. If you're looking for intelligent thought, read my actual works (or go to my web page, which is all about writing) and not this. Or pick up Kant (though I prefer Kierkegaard). Your choice.

Cinderella Revamped: Chapter One

This is basically a twist off the classic story of Cinderella. It was written with the assumption that the reader would have a working knowledge of the classic tale, but there is the vain hope that it can stand on its own. Note: This story is still a work in progress. Chapters (('chapters')) will be put up as I get around to it.

More of an allegory or fairy-tale than a short story, it deals with the simple question: What music do dead men hear?

The Winds

Friendship is the best I can do for a description.

Cinderella Revamped: Chapter Two

This is, of course, a continuation of the Cinderella Revamped story.
