I'm a canadian 15-year old. I've been drawing as a hobby for the past few years, but it was only in the summer of '09 that I really became interested(and that I drew anything I could post without being embarassed) I usually work in pencil crayons with a pseudo-manga style. I read pretty much every waking minute, and I  own more books than  most families combined. I am a Christian, so some of my work will reflect that. I have a Nintendo DS system and a Wii, and I have a thing for JRPGs. I'm in the middle of kind of writing a fantasy novel based on Judeo-Christian mythology (as well a as bunch of stuff I pulled out of my head). Character artwork should be appearing at some point. I am both a human rights and an animal rights believerArtists who inspire meUrsula vernon www.redwombatstudio.com , Keith thompson www.keiththompsonart.com, Jessica Joslin www.jessicajoslin.com/jessica/index.htmland , Hieronimous Bosch, Roger Dean, Brian Froud. Artists with elfwood accounts who inspire me or whose artwork I enjoy can be found in my favourites section.Note: I recently hit the limit in my favourites, so I had to clean it out. If you were removed, don't worry, I still love your art and I will be dropping by with a comment soon I thinl that the digital/ physical art debate is completely ridiculous. Computer artwork is not easy, and just because you use "real" mediums does not make you any more of an artist. there are artists who I respect and admire who use both mediums I like Drawing (duh), fantasy books, writing, manga and graphic novels, world history, animals, world mythology, RPGs, rogue taxidermy (simply to look at; I'd never have the stomach to do any), web comics, steampunk, supernatural horror Favourite movies The twilight zone, Invader Zim, Doctor who (from 2005 revival on), Danny Phantom, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Edward Scissorhands, the Corpse Bride, Howl's moving Castle, WALL-E, Spirited Away, the Nightmare before christmas, Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, Disney's Hercules, Avatar (I saw it in the theater. what an experience), 9, the Dark Crystal and Tim Burton's Alice in wonderland.
