Alaska, the last American frontier. the last bit of true wild land that has yet to be fully explored, and is also the last true refuge for many wild animals such as the Wolf and the Grizzly Bear. it is known as the land of the midnight sun as its placement on the globe causes Alaska's summer to be noting but solid sun 24 hours a day...but at the same time it is the land of the mid-noon moon as winter is solid darkness. it is during the winter that she returns, the angelic keeper of the North, and her northern unicorn of reindeer decent. She is the maiden of the Mid-Noon Moon and lives out amongst the snow with her cynical owl to accompany her along with her snowy steed. We humans cannot see her or the affects she brings as our minds accept only logic, but all things wild and all things fair will know that she is there, as the night becomes less dismal and more bright as she brings with her a second moon to light the Mid-Noon Night.
